Position Summary

At DHL, we are looking for a dedicated Procurement Associate to join our CCSA (Caribbean, Central, and South America) team in Bogotá.

You will be at the heart of our sourcing and supplier management activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing & Bidding: Researching and selecting reliable national and international suppliers and managing the end-to-end bidding process.
• Contract Management: Supporting the preparation, review, and execution of contracts and addendums using tools like Docusign, ensuring all terms are clear and fair.
• Supplier & Catalog Management: Maintaining our supplier catalogs by adding new items, updating rates, and removing obsolete products.
• Quotation & Analysis: Obtaining user requirements, gathering supplier quotes, and generating comparative analysis to support decision-making.
• System Support: Utilizing our procurement platforms (GoSource, GoShield) for data verification, document management, and ticket submission.

Requisitos

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support role.
• Strong organizational and self-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Advanced English and Portuguese fluent.
